Chengmai Huasheng Tianya Cement Co., Ltd. was originally invested and established by private capital. The first phase of the project was started in February 2005 and put into operation in August 2005, with a total investment of 140 million yuan. The second phase of the project started construction in March 2008 and was completed and put into operation in August 2008, with a total investment of 87.16 million yuan.
